• I'm using it with Google home without even using ifttt. I understand that it's possible, just not necessarily needed. Look up how to on YouTube.

• Don't need iftt as it is now naitivly supported. I have mine hooked up to both Google home and alexa.

• Yes, and it works great. I have also had success integrating Google Home + Samsung SmartThings + Harmony Hub. This actually works better than through IFTTT.
