• I use this with my 4th gen Apple TV. It works fine with it but there are some caveats. You cannot hold down the home button to put your Apple TV to sleep. I get around this problem by just setting the Apple TV to sleep after 15 minutes of activity, so I just turn off the TV and sound bar and the Apple TV will turn itself off a little later. Forwarding on shows is slow with this remote. With the Apple TV remote, you can just slide from left to right, but that function is not available, you can only fast forward, which is slower. When you enter search boxes, the input screen is a little different, but I don't have any issues. And last, you can't use voice search since this remote does not have a mic.

• I set mine up with a ROKU and works great. Based on the extensive listing of products it supports, I would think Apple TV would be one of them.
