The battery could be dead, but may just need to be paired again. You can do through app, just add remote
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Changing the state of your system without using the Harmony remote can cause that. Say someone shut everything off manually. When you push watch TV on the Harmony remote it already thinks it's still on so it does nothing.

Please try again later.If you haven't already, verify that your hub and IR blaster have clear line of sight to your equipment or that the IR signal can reflect to the devices. I also assume that you have verified that the hub is plugged in and working and that you have checked the battery for the remote is ok. It is possible that for some reason the remote has lost its programming. I would suggest reconnecting to your computer and checking the programming.
