The Harmony Touch is IR remote, NOT RF.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This remote has RF and IR. As is, you can only control devices line-of-site with IR, no device can receive the RF signal directly. You can purchase a 3rd party IR repeater to receive the IR signal, run it along wires, and re-transmit it on the other side of an obstacle Alternatively, you can purchase a Logitech hub which will receive the RF signal from the remote through an obstacle, and transmit an IR signal to any other devices behind that obstacle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it does not, I think you would need the hub to do something like that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, but Logitech has another model that does.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they make a hub if you need to do that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This remote does not have an RF output, however, it can connect to the Harmony Hub if you have one of those and then you it should work.
