Always remember, there's software programming driving this remote. Just like a computer, it can freeze, same as the many Smart TVs doing the same when using certain Apps. If it continues, I'd try resetting to original manufacturer settings and let it recycle through like when it was new. As info, I don't work for this company or any related Best Buy company. This is based on my many years of experience in dealing with software and electronics. Going all the way back to the Hayes Modems, those big things that are now paperweights if you still have one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours has done the same thing & Logitech told me that I need to replace the remote. I'd like to know if you ever got yours to work?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pressing buttons to fast.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Battery voltage issues and damage to the connection between the screen and the mainboard. In other words it's usually due to a faulty battery or physical damage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The blaster needs to be paired again with the remote. Sometimes battery is too low.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know, but it has happened to us too, along with other issues we've had. We are still trying to get things right. One of the other things is that you can't see the buttons in the dark. I might have to hire someone to program my Pronto Pro, it seemed to work better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ended up doing an update to my hub and remote and the screen no longer freezes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue one time and I had to reboot the remote (instruction on how to do this are included in the manual). I think my youngest kid pushed multiple buttons/screen options at once. She called me as she was continuing to push more buttons. I believe this was the issue we had that caused our remote to freeze.
