Yes. Apple TV is supported and compatible. I don't personally own Apple TV hut a friend has it using the same remote. I think there is a pairing process through the Apple TV to allow the Harmony to take control. If it has a remote, or connected to the same router, the Harmony can control it. Harmony constantly updates the remote database and that's the advantage of this device, it will always be updated and supported. At first it was almost annoying all of the updates but I "sync" one a week now to stay ahead.

This works great with Apple TV. I just press "Watch Apple TV" and it turns on the TV, the Apple TV box, and switches to the right HDMI. Then you can use the easy buttons on the remote for all other functions of the Apple TV. In fact it is much easier to use than the apple TV remote because you do not have to press " MENU " a million times to go back to where you want.

It should. It works with any device that is IR or FM controlled. I have not used it with an Apple TV but I have used it with a Roku and those are similar.

Yes, it will work with Apple TV, however, it is recommended that you disable the sleep function on the Apple TV or it could cause issues with knowing if the device is powered on or off.
