• I'm using it with my System 76 Linux box. But it comes with a USB dongle, so it should work with anything that can recognize a USB-connected keyboard.

• Hello Obkanobi, the K270 wireless keyboard will work with a Dell laptop. The USB dongle is used to connect the keyboard to your computer. The reason it is considered wireless, is because the Connection it uses between the USB dongle and the Keyboard, doesn't require a wire. It uses Logitech's wireless technology. No delay or lag will occur. If you are looking for a truly wireless keyboard with no USB dongle connection, you'll need a bluetooth compatible computer and keyboard to do so. Have a great day.
