• Hello, Be sure that the keyboard is turned on---making sure that the plastic tab is removed---and that the USB receiver is plugged directly into your computer and not into a USB hub or other unsupported device such as a KVM switch. You can find the power switch on the bottom next to the battery compartment. If this doesn't help, go to support.logi.com for access to live technical chat support. - Richard from Logitech
