No. An Amazon Firestick cannot be controlled by an external device.

I don't think so. The FireStick supports Bluetooth devices, which this is not. It is wireless but uses its own USB adapter that has to be plugged into the device it will work with, like a PC. I don't think the FireStick has any way to connect to something like this.
