• I guess it should work as it is compatible with my android based LG TV as long as it detects the USB port.

• I'm not sure, but it works with my Samsung TV which is a smart TV. I don't know what model it is, but it's maybe 18 months old. You could test it by using a mouse. If your Bluetooth mouse works, the keyboard probably will. The keyboard comes with a Bluetooth USB connector.
