• I think that might be a bit past the upper limit. It's highly dependent of on the surroundings and obstructions.

• The supported range is 33ft per https://support.logi.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360023307174-Logitech-Wireless-Touch-Keyboard-K400r-Technical-Specifications Unfortunately it most likely will not work for you intended purpose at 100 feet of distance with materials (closet/walls) between. Walls and objects between the device and transceiver further limit/impact the distance.
