“My K360 wireless keyboard stopped working. Changed batteries. Turned on/off switch on keyboard to On. Made sure desk top wireless device connector "thing" is plugged into back of CPU. Rebooted computer. Still nothing. Wireless mouse works fine. Thx”

Mine isn't working either. It won't type any numbers, just the characters. Tried resets, troubleshoots, new batteries, taking in and out the adapter, everything.

I have only used the K360 for about 100 hours and it will no longer turn on. I recommend purchasing a higher quality model. I have seen a lot of issues with this model.
