“My K360 wireless keyboard stopped working. Changed batteries. Turned on/off switch on keyboard to On. Made sure desk top wireless device connector "thing" is plugged into back of CPU. Rebooted computer. Still nothing. Wireless mouse works fine. Thx”

• Mine isn't working either. It won't type any numbers, just the characters. Tried resets, troubleshoots, new batteries, taking in and out the adapter, everything.

• I have only used the K360 for about 100 hours and it will no longer turn on. I recommend purchasing a higher quality model. I have seen a lot of issues with this model.
