• Yes... as long as you have the USB plug for the mouse. If you have a compatible Logitech mouse, you can download the software and configure the Unifying USB plug to work with both, meaning you'll only need one USB plug for mouse and keyboard.

• Yes, if you have multiple USB ports, then you can have your mouse and this keyboard plugged in same time and works well. I did tested and is working fine.

• This keyboard is keyed to a wireless USB dongle, probably exactly like the one being used by your mouse. My guess is that if you have both USB dongles plugged into your device, both with work, but it's only a guess and may depend on the device you're connecting to.
