Yes... as long as you have the USB plug for the mouse. If you have a compatible Logitech mouse, you can download the software and configure the Unifying USB plug to work with both, meaning you'll only need one USB plug for mouse and keyboard.

My guess is that if you have both USB dongles plugged into your device, both with work, but it's only a guess and may depend on the device you're connecting to.
