If you use an On-The-Go adapter for the phone, there is a reasonable possibility it will work. It does with my Samsung tablet (tested it just to see). However, for an android phone or tablet you are better off getting a bluetooth keyboard. The K400 is NOT a bluetooth keyboard, it requires a USB port to run the little radio receiver and the support for the USB On-The-Go is not fully standard across android devices, even from the same manufacturer.

I don't think it will because it a has wireless usb adapter to connect it

No, this device does not support Bluetooth. It connects to a computer via a USB receiver and communicates via wireless RF.
