• I have only used it for PC Sleep and waking up from Sleep. It will depend on your computer as to how well it will work for you and whether it can do anything from a fully powered down (shutdown) state. I have another computer that refuses to recover from sleep or hibernation, so this keyboard will not change that condition.

• You can customize buttons downloading the software by Logitech, but you cannot start up since BIOS need to recognize it.

• I can hibernate/sleep my computer/android tv box. Pc button on the top left corner.

• You can shut down PC with this keyboard. But you can't start/boot PC because the PC can't get any input unless it's ON.

• Not unless your motherboard has Wake on USB feature and you have it enabled.
