It may be an issue with Windows automatically causing the device to go to sleep after inactivity. Its a common problem with wireless keyboards and mice. You need to go into your Devices settings in Windows, find the items and adjust its settings to no automatically cause the device to sleep. Windows calls its a "power saver" setting or something like that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This means you are getting only a little charge from the battery. Mine did the same thing. It's not necessarily the battery going bad. Others have said the recharging mechanism itself may be an issue as it gets older. My solution is to set it in front of one of those new 100w energy efficient bulbs. Let it sit there for about an hour and it'll be okay for the rest of the day. Then set it there overnight to try and fully recharge it. Download the free Solar App from Logitech. It'll show you if you do have enough light or not. I was surprised when it showed me my room didn't have enough light after all this time. It will also show you how much charge is in the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem. What fixed it for me was moving the USB wireless adapter to a different location, it seems that something was causing interference with the signal. Once I moved it to my USB hub everything started working just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you may have a defective keyboard or USB receiver. If it's still under warranty you should take it back to Best Buy to get a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the keyboard needs turning off and on consistently, my guess is the unifying usb (Setpoint) is getting interrupted. Try reconnecting through Setpoint. Start-All Programs-Logitech-SetPoint-Unifying Logitech Software. Follow the instructions to re-connect. Also, perhaps there is some kind of interference between the keyboard and usb. Try moving the unifying usb connector to another usb hub.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have had it for awhile, your rechargeable battery is probably getting worn out. Logitech says you can't replace the battery, but you can. It is a little difficult to get out of the keyboard and you won't find the battery for sale at any retailer, you have to go online to get it. You can watch videos on YouTube on how to replace it. I just replaced mine, my keyboard works fine now, but my "Solar App" is having some trouble, maybe because the new battery needs to get charged up better.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When I first purchased mine, I left it in direct sunlight until it had a very good charge. It has not given any problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This sounds like a faulty product. Your experience is quite different from mine, even though my keyboard is partly shaded. (It sits in a tray a bit under my desk top.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not normal behavior. Try a different input device to verify you don't have an issue with your chassis. Probably need to return your keyboard to the store under warranty, though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.sounds like it's defective, call logitech customer support and tell them your problem
