How difficult is it to set up? null

Very easy. Every mobile laptop Z00Mer should have one in the bag.

Uses a unique gravity mount which simply sky-hooks it onto your monitor, just above the camera. Then plus into the USB port on the rear of the monitor. EASY!

Plug it in (usb) and manually adjust settings, thats easy. But the SW is not easy to setup or use. I gave up and just manually turn on and setup.

There is very little to setting it up. You need an open USB port on your computer and then you can use the app that controls the light. You can also use the controls on the light itself, so you don't even require the program to control it, but using the app is more convenient.
