- Answer No, this mouse is connected with Logitech's "unified" wireless system. I have had BT mice and keyboards. My opinion is that this system is far better.

- Answer as long as your keyboard has a unifying dongle. (with the orange star printed on it) You can use the Logitech Unifying software to pair it to the same dongle.
