“Does this mouse have a tilt wheel or side to side scrolling? I am looking for a mouse that has a tilt wheel to replace one I already have that is wearing out and for some reason this seems to be a hard to find feature these days and i am not sure why.”

Hello Jay! Yes, the M500s Advanced Wired Laser Mouse with Hyper-fast Scrolling does have a Tilt Scroll function. You'll notice this from the 2 arrows on each side of the scroll wheel.
