“Is this mouse capable of having its buttons programmed on a chromebook laptop? I need to program the forward and backward buttons on the side to copy and paste and I need to be able to program the mouse on a google chrome laptop.”

• Hello jerbear! Unfortunately, our free Logitech Options software, which is used to customize all the buttons and feature for most of our Logitech Core peripherals, cannot be installed on a Chromebook. It's only compatible with Windows 10 and up, and macOS 10.15 and up at this time.
