Try going into your computer "settings" and see if there is a way to increase/decrease your mouses tracking speed.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just encountered the same problem today. I cleaned the track ball, replaced battery, but it didn’t solve the problem. I just look up Logitech warranty and they have 3 years warranty on labor and parts.
