• Yes, it comes with a USB adaptor for charging, and seems to continue charging while operating, as well!

• When we purchased at Best Buy, the Mevo came with a power plug that has one end to be USB to connect to the Mevo for it to be charged. The Mevo did not come and I did not see any ports that use AV power on the Mevo. Hope this helps.
