Can you use this to play any PS4 game null

It depends on the game you want to play, but games that support m+kb(such as Paragon, War Thunder, FF:XIV) should work with it no problem. However m+kb apparently will not work when using Remote Play.

I wouldn't use it for any game. In my personal experience, you have to be right on top of the computer or else it stops working. Not something you want to have happen when you're seriously gaming. As to if it will connect to a PS4? I can't answer that, I bought mine to use on a PC.
