Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't speak for Linux Mint, but I use my keyboard on my RHEL 7 system and I have not had a single problem with it. If you have a computer with a different operating system, it may benefit you to try it there and see if the keys in question work. If they don't then you know you got a bad keyboard.
