The USB receiver from the MK295 Wireless Membrane Keyboard and Mouse Bundle isn't sold by itself unfortunately, but you do have a 2-year warranty on the Bundle with Logitech, so I would suggest possibly reaching out to the Logitech Customer Support so see if this is something they might have as spare parts by going to the product page and clicking Support: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/combos/mk295-keyboard-mouse-combo.920-009782.html
