“The wireless keyboard has no on/off switch. Is there some key code to disable it. I have three cats, that are evil. Often I get by 98% of the time with just the mouse, is there any other option for this, while having it available ? Take out batt?”

Sorry, I also have an HP wireless keyboard — and there is NO switch of any kind on the keyboard’s back! The box which it came in shows something to do with the “CAPS LOCK” key, but the printing is so bad that I can’t read the rest. I don’t use my computer that much and the batteries have lasted less than 3 months. Plus, there isn’t any polarity (+/-) markings to guide anyone when replacing the batteries. Disappointing product!
