• All the "Pro" version Surface has same Windows as any desktop, so any desktop device works for your Pro.

• If your model of Surface Pro has an open USB Port then yes, this would work. This model isn't Bluetooth compatible, if you're looking for something a little more mobile maybe look away from this model. If this will sit at a desk until the surface comes to it however I think this is a great choice for you PC!!!
