Please visit this support page. The “Downloads” tab has software downloads. I recommend downloading and running the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your USB receiver has the latest updates. This keyboard uses the “SetPoint” software for customizations, and for ideal performance. If you are still experiencing issues with certain keys, I would recommend running the “Unifying” software, and reestablishing the connection. If you still are experiencing issues after taking these steps, and rebooting the computer, please visit the Logitech support website for further assistance. The MK710 mouse and keyboard combo comes with a 3-year limited hardware warranty.
