“Why does my keyboard & mouse frequently loose connection. Then when connection comes back, types letters or numbers in wrong order or drops some of them. Also sometimes mouse pulls opposite direction and nearly impossible to get cursor to where I need it.”

Battery. Poor internet connection, improper blue tooth configuration, to far away
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.can't answer losing connection, but if mouse is still set to 'free scrolling' change it simply by pressing little button on top of mouse. I could not control my where my mouse would end up until I did that.
