There are a few things you can do: 1. Make sure you have logitech options plus downloaded and installed. 2. When you pair it you have to switch the keyboard off and then back on when prompted by logitech options (switch is on the side). 3. I had an issue with my particular machine where both the keyboard and mouse would drop connection to the computer. Come to find out it was a faulty Bluetooth driver for the system. Open a command prompt at administrator level, type in sfc /scannow, and reboot.
