“Could I use this by connecting to both my iMac and PC laptop, then be able to interchange between the two (it states you can use it for up to three devices and switch between with "click of a button"), but does not state if possible between Mac - PC.”

It it universal with both pc and mac.

You can even purchase a Unifying receiver to use with your MX Anywhere 3 mouse if need be.
