Yes. This is somewhat annoying at times but you get used to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a button immediately below the main scroll wheel that changes the scroll from a continuous fly-wheel to a gear-by-gear roll. It is set for fly-wheel motion, the wheel will continue to spin, possibly causing your added scrolling. I would press the "scroll lock" button (See photo) and try again. If that doesn't work, there may be a setting in your operating system's mouse setting that may correct it.
