“i'm trying to find an external keyboard to use with my macbook pro. my issue is that my macbook is from 2012 and has os 10.12.6. most of these keyboards seem to require 10.15 or later. will these absolutely not work wth 10.12? any suggestions? thank you.”

Hello, jeff! It isn't an absolute that it won't work but there will be features missing. For example, you may not be able to download our Logitech Options+ software so you may not be able to program the keys. Also some of the shortcut keys may not function properly. - Maggie from Logitech
