Hello Cnemo! You won't be able to swap the keys for other key sets on the MX Mechanical Full Size Wireless Mechanical Tactile Switch Keyboard unfortunately. They do use standard Cherry stems, but the stems under some of the keys (i.e. the space bar) are not in the exact same location. As for the switches, they cannot be hot swapped no. You can chose the version you prefer when buying the keyboard (Tactile, Linear or Clicky). And the battery is also not replaceable no. - Mathieu from Logitech
