yes... it does. I was a bit uncertain as well because i thought they would make it more evident. watch the promo video near the bottom of best buy page and at the 27 second mark they mention the blu voice. I am quite happy with this headset, the Blu Voice is really impressive. Its built into a dongle. On the front of the box in top right hand corner it also shows Blu Voice
