• no the settings is only adjustable through the logitech hub.

• Hello Nathan! The G PRO X Wired 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset will work on Xbox (or any other device) no problem, but in Stereo only via 3.5mm. If you want to use the 7.1 Surround Sound capability of the headset, that will be on PC using the G Hub software and USB DAC adapter included with it.
