No. I use my keyboard daily to do crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and play games. I find they need to be replaced frequently.

No. With this model you have to change the battery out yourself.

The batteries are (2) CR2032 non-rechargeable. Logitec literature states that they should last 3 to 4 years for a keyboard used an average of 2 hours per day.
