WILL THIS FIT IPAD WI-FI+CELLULAR 32 GB,MP242LL/A null

This fits iPad 9.7 perfectly I don’t think there is a problem with storage ,although my iPad is a 128 g I think the smaller 32 g is the same size as the 128g. My daughter borrowed my iPad w keyboard when she went to a conference last week and loved the keyboard. Even with chubby fingers the keys were comfortable
