You move the mouse around on your desk, as you would with any other mouse. The advantages are that you can use the top just like a mouse pad too. Move your finger from side to side on the top and it operates just like a pad on the screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works like any other mouse, but better. You scroll with a touchpad, no wheel to break.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a regular mouse. You physically move the mouse to get the cursor to move. The scroll function and left/right movement is done by sliding your finger over the surface of the mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is exactly like any other mouse, just move it to move your cursor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is an actual mouse, so it's moved as a mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a mouse that moves, but it also seems to have a sort of touchpad on the mouse itself. However, the surface area of the mouse is quite small, so it was difficult for me to use. Had to return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, moves just like a regular mouse, but the surface is also like a touchpad, so you can scroll the screen by using one finger and swiping down on the mouse surface, very cool.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You still MOVE the mouse and push on the top right and top left to click. The difference is the top is a touch pad when it comes to scrolling. I always had three fingers on my mouse. I used my index and ring fingers for clicking and my middle finger for scrolling. I still do that but now I can scroll up, down or sideways with any one of them or all of them at once. It is sensitive so you can twitch a finger and accidentally scroll.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works as a regular mouse. Doesnt use a scrolling wheel but you move your finger up and down barely touching the top of the mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The mouse does have a flat top surface and it does allow you to scroll both up and down, right and left. It does not allow you to "pinch to zoom" or use three fingers to switch between screens, etc. However, you shouldn't think of this as a touchpad because it is not. It functions like 99% of the mice that we have used over the last 10 years. BTW.. even though the mouse has a flat top, it does make the classic clicking sound as you right/left click but does not make a scrolling sound. It just works and it actually works very well.
