Magnetic case? When you shut the case the close and protect the screen, is it magnetically shut meaning that it won't open when you carry it.

It does have a "magnetic pull" when you shut it, It does not open when you are carrying it. It does take a little effort to lift the cover. Now if you dropped it at the right angle, it might would open up.

the case has a very strong magnet. I have been traveling all month and it does not come open. Very secure.

yes, there seems to be two magnets at the corners that keep the cover closed

Yes. When closed it would not open randomly. You have to really want to open it for that to happen.

There are magnets to keep closed, however they are not super strong in that you can re-open without too much effort when you want to use again.
