THe first version of this product that happened to me, but the newer version of the product the clips are much sturdier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No problems with mine. I don't really understand how yours is breaking. Are you using a hammer to install and remove the Ipad? The instructions are very clear and the product works as advertised. When installed properly it holds the Ipad very securely and is no problem at all to install & remove . I think you should visit the GeekSquad at BestBuy and they could help you understand the item a little better.
