• Have to be sure if you have an Air or an Air2. They are different sizes, but yes there’s different keyboards for either.

• I don’t think so. This is for the newest iPad which I believe is an iPad Air 2 or Pro. The best thing to do is go to the store with the iPad and try it in the case. I had one that did not fit, which I returned for this one. So it is best to try it in person. Yours sounds like it might be older which is thicker and probably won’t fit.
