This receives Bluetooth and outputs a low-level signal that you plug into a power amplifier, such as the 'Aux In' or 'Tape In' on the back of a home receiver unit. The speakers are driven by the receiver unit. The Logitech Bluetooth Receiver does not have enough power on its own to drive the speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If they are powered speakers, yes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well, this will not drive the speakers directly but if you already have an amp, this will feed the amp and it's great.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You cannot drive speakers directly from this device unless they have an integrated amplifier. I am using it with an existing stereo amplifier, which has large speakers connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hook this to an old guitar amp as long as it’s powered and jam your playlist LOUD
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, just search for "bluetooth receiver" on Google and you'll fine a lot of options. Most of them are designed to be small and used with headphones but anything with the proper jack will connect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to get any bluetooth audio receiver that has audio out. Bestbuy has one by logitech that I use on my old early 2000s stereo. It has both the AUX (male to male headphone jack) and Left and Right RCA (red and white) connectors. It works really well. I pair it with my iPHONE 5S. It is about 30-35$ Logitech - Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Adapter - Black Model: 980-000910 SKU: 5294033

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is the device you want so long as you have either an RCA input (white and red) or an audio jack input on your old speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the logictech Bluetooth speaker adapter.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yep and this one does the trick. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/logitech-wireless-bluetooth-speaker-adapter-black/5294033.p?id=1219118247499&skuId=5294033&cmp=RMX&utm_campaign=bazaarvoice&utm_medium=Default&utm_source=RatingsAndReviews&utm_content=Default I has 3.5mm (mini-din) and RCA connections so you are good with old and new. It does not support 5.1 (but clearly you can play it over 5.1) as it's just stereo connections. You and just plug this into speakers or for me I have it run into my receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
