I don't think so. I think the "line in" on the back of the sub should be connected to a receiver or other device with speakers. You should be able to connect the Bluetooth box to that receiver input on the back or aux input port.

It is recommended for computer speakers, home stereo systems and av receivers. I am unable to verify if it will work with your set up.
