If you have two speakers that are powered by an internal amplifier and connected together, or connected to a separate amplifier to which two speakers are connected, then you would connect to just the amplifier. This does not amplify the signal. I don't know if you could pair, say a phone, to two adapters at the same time anyway.

Strictly speaking this will NOT connect to a speaker, as speakers require an amplified audio signal delivered with two wires. Speakers are connected to amplifiers, and usually a pair of them at that. This device can connect to that amplifier for amplification and dissemination to those speakers. If you just have two speakers, then no, this will NOT work. Maybe if those speakers were headphones, since those are tiny and require very little power. To my knowledge you cannot stream two bluetooth audio signals to two speakers from the same device anyway. One device will only send one bluetooth stream with a stereo audio signal. It needs to go to a speaker "system" not just a single speaker.
