Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.(1) You can stream from your TV as long as the TV has an analog "audio out" (either headphone or RCA jacks). (2) You do not need this to stream music from an iPhone to any bluetooth speaker. This device adds bluetooth capability to any audio device, but your phone already has bluetooth built-in. (*) I have 2 of these adapters, both of which work very well.
