“I have a Vizio TV, no bluetooth, hearing deficit requires added sound. I have a Bose Soundlink speaker I want to place it near my chair and keep the tv sound active for others in the room. Will this device meet the need? If no, any suggestions. Thanks.”

The Logitech model shown is a Bluetooth receiver. To accomplish your task you need a device that is a sender. Rocket fish makes one that can function as either a receiver or sender. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have only used the adapter as an input to a device. So, its receiving the signal via Bluetooth through a headphone jack input. I used it on an old receiver that didn't have Bluetooth. Your application is opposite of what I did. It might work. You would need to hook it up to audio output and see if you bose speaker recognizes/connects it. Sorry, im not familiar with that speaker. It also depends if your tv allows dual audio outputs. Check your tv, some can some cant. Good luck!
