No. Check your headphone properties and make sure both speakers are enabled and the sound for each is turned up. If messing with the settings has no effect, return the speakers for a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That sounds like you got a defective device. You could make sure there isn't something in your PC settings but that is extremely unlikely. I would take them back for a return, or send them in for a replacement from logitech.
