Will these speakers work with chrome cast audio? null

These speaker use a standard 3.5mm plug and will plug into any standard headphone or speaker output port.

Yes--if you're referring to using the Chromecast Audio device with them (they're just speakers--CA isn't built-in), plus you can connect via the AUX port on the front (under the music note) of the right speaker (which is what I did).
