Can I plug the speakers into my tv null

I would say it is unlikely as it has been uncommon for televisions to include a 3.5 mm audio jack for around 10 years now, but it's worth checking. So look at the back of your television to see if it has one. This would be the same type of audio port you find on an ipod, the same as a headphone jack.
